Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the shipment method you choose ( UPS). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed. All products are usually processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business* days. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You can always check the shipping costs in your shopping cart before making a payment.

The shipping estimates listed below represent the estimated amount of time that it will take for merchandise to be shipped from our warehouse. In some cases, merchandise may ship earlier than the times listed below.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturer's defect or sizing problems. If you have a defect in material, quality or the garment was the incorrect size, you must notify us by email within 10 days of invoice date. After they have given you authorization for a return. 

All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged.

By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange. Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch to out to conform to your shape. Special orders, custom orders or special sale items can only be exchanged for other merchandise. These items are non-refundable unless defective in workmanship.

Items must be received within 10 Business Days once return authorization has been obtained,
no exceptions. Mysensuallingerie.com will credit your card or issue a store credit within 30 Business Days. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return.
